We do not require you to create an account to use these features.

ATS Resume Scanner

When you use our ATS Resume Scanner, you may upload a resume file such as a PDF or DOCX document. The uploaded file is temporarily stored on our server solely for the purpose of processing and parsing the document.

After the resume has been successfully processed and the requested ATS scan result has been generated, the temporary uploaded resume file is deleted from our server. We do not intentionally retain uploaded resume files after processing is completed.

ResumeInator does not intentionally send the contents of your uploaded resume to Google Analytics or use your resume contents for advertising purposes.

We do not sell or rent uploaded resume files or their contents to third parties.

Contact Information

If you contact ResumeInator through our Contact page, we receive the information that you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, and message.

The information submitted through the Contact page is transmitted to our configured email service using our server and is used for purposes such as responding to your inquiry, providing support, and addressing your request.

We do not store Contact form submissions in a ResumeInator database. However, the submitted information may be retained in our email mailbox or by our email service as part of normal email storage and operation.

We do not sell or rent Contact form information to third parties.

For the Contact page, submitted information is not stored in a ResumeInator database. Contact messages are transmitted to our configured email address, where they may be retained as part of normal email storage and communication.

Technical logs maintained by hosting or infrastructure providers may be retained separately for security, operational, and troubleshooting purposes.
